Welcome to Woven. By booking or participating, you agree to the following terms and conditions. This is to ensure clarity, transparency and a positive experience for all clients.
• Advance bookings are required for all services. You can book via Woven Wellbeing website, email, or phone.
• Payment is due at the time of booking, unless otherwise arranged. For donation-based services, contributions can be made before or after your session.
• Kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (50% of the session fee), except in cases of emergencies.
• No-shows will forfeit 50% of the session fee.
• If you arrive late for your session, the session will end at the scheduled time to respect the next client’s appointment. The full fee will still apply.
• Please inform Ursula of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, or sensitivities before your session. This is so the service can be adapted to ensure your safety and comfort.
• If you feel unwell, we ask that you reschedule your appointment to protect the health of your facilitator and other clients.
• Woven is a space for trust, mutual respect, compassion, relaxation and inner work. Any inappropriate behaviour during sessions will result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.
• Your personal information is handled with care and confidentiality. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.
• Donation-based services are offered on a pay-what-you-can basis. This is in place to ensure that people with low income can have access to the services, please respect and be honest with what you can contribute.
• Access to these services is based on availability and fairness, and Woven reserves the right to adjust availability as needed.
• These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time. Any updates will be posted on the website, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
