Meet your Facilitator

Woven Wellbeing is a space created by Ursula to bring together complementary practices that support self-awareness, regulation and personal growth.

One core value of Woven Wellbeing is moving away from the idea of being “healed” by someone else. Ursula does not position herself as a healer. Instead, she offers space, tools and guidance that support you in reconnecting with your own inner resources.

What you need is already within you, and so when responsibility for wellbeing is placed entirely outside ourselves, the search for answers can become endless. Woven Wellbeing encourages participation, self-trust and long-term change rather than quick fixes. Ursula’s intention is to empower you with sustained wellbeing, which comes from learning how to support yourself, again and again, in everyday real life.

Woven also believes that when we heal, this effect ripples out and collectively the patchwork is repaired, thread by thread.

Get to Know Ursula

Ursula is a yoga teacher, holistic massage therapist, reiki practitioner, and dedicated Vipassana meditator. Her work is an embodiment of her lived experience and core values, guided by compassion, presence and equality.

Having worked across retreats, festivals, studios and private one-to-one practice, Ursula intuitively creates safe, grounded and restorative spaces that empower people to reconnect with their bodies and inner awareness.

She was first introduced to yoga at the age of nine and returned to the practice more deeply in her teens during a period of significant mental health challenges. Yoga became a practical and grounding support where other therapies and medications had limited impact, helping her reconnect with her body and rebuild a sense of stability and trust from within.

With deep gratitude for how this practice has impacted her own life, it’s been Ursula’s mission to share the positive and potent effects that yoga and other holistic approaches can have. This was the beginning of Ursula’s holistic journey and an unfolding of a deeper spiritual curiosity.

A Moment for my Mother

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge my mother, Carrie – as pictured to the right. She is my greatest inspiration and support, and all my work today is only made possible thanks to her.

Mum has always worked from home as a chiropractor, and so from being a baby I have watched my Mum time and time again serve her clients and perform, what felt like to me, miracles with her hands. I am moved by her dedication to bettering people’s lives, done with so much compassion and humility. If I can offer just a fraction of the service that my Mum has, then I can be confident that I am doing something right.
